At The Sneaker Toe, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not work out as expected. You can request a return within 7 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the item you receive is incorrect or does not match your order, The Sneaker Toe will cover all return or exchange shipping costs.

Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased during sales or promotions are non-refundable. Please check your size, color, and other details carefully before placing your order. Exchanges are possible for sale items, subject to stock availability.
